Get to know the Box Office Staff

Whitney Goulish

Director, Ticket Operations

Whitney Goulish joined FAU in August of 2017 as the Director, Ticket Operations with the FAU Fan Relationship Management Center in Athletics. She switched over to the Student Union to help oversee the new management transition of the FAU Box Office, Kaye Auditorium, and the Dorothy F. Schmidt College of Arts' and Letters events.

Originally from Michigan, she has held various sales, ticket operations, and consulting positions to help teams grow their sales revenue both through tickets, corporate partnerships, and through an increase in marketing efforts. Goulish's background includes five years in Minor League Baseball (MiLB), one year in Major League Baseball (MLB), two seasons in minor league hockey, and a few sports consulting positions in between.

She graduated from Northwood University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a dual major in Entertainment, Sport, & Promotions Management and General Business Management. During her time at Northwood she was a member of the University’s Dance Team. In July 2017 she completed her MBA from the Richard DeVos Graduate School of Management.


Daniel Schubert

Assistant Director, Ticket Operations

Daniel Schubert joined the Florida Atlantic University Athletics Fan Relationship Management Center as the Assistant Director of Ticket Operations in February 2018. Dan joined Whitney by switching over to the Student Union where he will help to oversee the FAU Box Office, Kaye Auditorium, and the Dorothy F. Schmidt College of Arts' and Letters events.

Prior to joining FAU, Schubert served as the Director of Ticket Operations with Coastal Carolina. There he oversaw all ticketing for football, men's and women's basketball and baseball. During his time at Coastal he was part of a conference transition from the Big South Conference to the Sun Belt Conference. Before working with the Chanticleers in Conway, Schubert worked at Verizon Wireless in sales and service.

Daniel received his Bachelor's degree from Michigan State University in August 2008 and his Master's degree in Sports Administration from Michigan State University in 2010. In his free-time he enjoys sports, Disney World, and Dancing.


Mac Devy

Ticket Operations Assistant

Mac Devy joined the FAU Game Day Ticket Operations team in August 2017 until he was promoted to Ticket Operations Assistant and works as Box Office Supervisor for FAU Events. Born in New Jersey, Mac Devy currently lives in South Florida. He is pursuing his Bachelors in Biological Sciences at FAU with goals of getting accepted into an Physician Assistant graduate school program. Although born in New Jersey, he roots for all Boston Pro sports teams. His hobbies include jogs on the beach, watching sports with friends and family barbecues.


Marlo Rodriguez

Ticket Operations Assistant

Marlo Rodriguez is currently a student at Florida Atlantic University. You may have seen in her FAU’s recent productions of The Children’s Hour and Frankenstein, as she is pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Performance. After graduating, her goal is to continue working in the arts and bridge the gap between art and activism, as well as obtain a Masters of Fine Arts in theatre. Marlo happily joined the FAU Box Office team October of 2018 and enjoys being on the forefront of ticketing.


Maryam Zilouchian

Ticket Operations Assistant

Maryam Zilouchian started working for FAU theater in September 2018. She was born and raised in Boca Raton, Florida. She is currently a junior at FAU and is majoring in Neuroscience and Behavior. Once, she graduates from FAU she plans on pursuing a graduate degree in Clinical Psychology. She hopes to work with children around the age 3-12 as a clinical psychologist. In her free time she enjoys exploring different areas of South Florida with friends and families.


Arianna Aquino

Ticket Operations Representative

Arianna Aquino is currently finishing her first year at Florida Atlantic University. She plans on graduating with a major in English in order to write novels for youth, as well as, share the stories of those close to her. Currently, she is a first-degree black belt in taekwondo and plans on earning her second degree within the next three years. Arianna attended high school in Pennsylvania and now lives in Delray Beach. She enjoys spending her free time reading, watching movies, and helping her grandpa with errands.


Daniella Dragone

Ticket Operations Representative

Daniella Dragone is a freshman at Florida Atlantic University who officially joined our team in October of 2018. Currently, she is pursuing a degree in Communications and broadcast Journalism. Born in New Jersey, she moved to Miami, FL in 2010. She hopes to graduate and move on to a masters program at the University of Miami with hopes of working in production for radio or television. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, attending concerts and festivals, and binge watching shows.


Anyiah Virola

Ticket Operations Representative

Anyiah Virola is a current freshman at Florida Atlantic University. She was born and raised in Ohio then moved to Tampa, Florida in 2013. From there she has traveled to Boca Raton. She has the hope of graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering and creating software that can better the future. One of her ultimate goals is to give back to the youth. Besides studying during her free time, she enjoys walks, playing sports, and watching movies.
