Box Office Information
Tickets may be purchased online, in-person or by phone. A processing fee per ticket applies for all phone, online, and 'at-the-door' or 'in-person' purchases. Full payment is due at the time of purchase: All major Credit Cards and Checks are accepted. Cash is not accepted. All persons entering our venues, regardless of age, must hold a valid ticket to that performance.

Box Office Hours: M-F, 10:00-6:00 p.m., and 60 minutes prior to performances for 'in-person' sales only. The Box Office is closed for all University holidays and breaks.

Tickets may be purchased online or at the venue Ticket Office until 30 minutes after curtain based on availability. All patrons are encouraged to pre-purchase tickets as shows do sell out.
All tickets are subject to an additional processing fee for 'in-person' or phone orders, including at-the-door prior to a show. You can avoid the additional processing fee by purchasing your tickets online.
WHEELCHAIR, ACCESSIBLE and COMPANION SEATING
Patrons purchasing Wheelchair or Companion/Accessible tickets and not needing those specific accommodations may be asked to move to allow patrons needing accessible seating the ability to attend the performance.
Patrons holding Companion tickets but not accompanying a Wheelchair or Accessible accommodated patron may be asked to move to allow patrons needing accessible seating the ability to attend the performance.
For General Admission events where seating is on a 'first come, first served' basis, contiguous companion seating cannot be guaranteed.
Seating begins 30 minutes prior to curtain. Seating after the start of any performance is at the discretion of the House Manager. Seating may be unavailable until the next intermission and may be in seats other than originally reserved which may include in the rear, side or balcony sections of the theatre. TICKETS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED.
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges*. NO CASH ACCEPTED.
*Exchange exceptions are made for Theatre Lab Subscription Holders & Alliance Members,Theatre & Dance Subscription Holders & Ambassadors of the Arts (for showings that have not already passed in date)
Photography and recording of performances are strictly prohibited.
Food and beverages are prohibited in all theaters.
If the performance is adversely affected, parents with disruptive children may be asked to excuse themselves without refund.
